Space limitations and heat accumulation are the two greatest challenges in modern, compact automatic power factor correction (APFC) panels. We developed our space-saving Cylindrical Aluminum Case Capacitor to address these concerns directly, using an extruded aluminum cylindrical casing that offers superior heat dissipation compared to traditional square-cased alternatives. During continuous full-load testing in our thermal chambers at an ambient temperature of 50°C, our Cylindrical Aluminum Case Capacitor exhibited a core temperature 8°C lower than square capacitors, drastically reducing the risk of thermal runaway and extending the overall lifetime of the switchboard.

The unique cylindrical geometry of our Cylindrical Aluminum Case Capacitor naturally resists internal pressure, and the unit is fitted with a highly sensitive, top-expansion explosion-proof mechanism for ultimate safety. We use high-purity, self-healing metallized film and a non-toxic, eco-friendly resin fill that eliminates any risk of oil leakage, making it highly suitable for environmentally sensitive industrial sites. We have exported over one million of these cylindrical units to European and South American panel builders, earning a reputation for outstanding reliability and zero catastrophic field failures.
