Low-voltage electrical appliances are control, protection, and monitoring devices used in low-voltage circuits (typically ≤1000V AC or 1500V DC). Their core structure consists of four parts:

1. Main Body: Constructed with a high-strength housing (IP20-IP65 protection rating) and an insulated base, housing core components such as contactors (life 100,000 cycles) and circuit breakers (breaking capacity 6-50kA);

2. Operating Mechanism: Equipped with mechanical/electronic buttons (operating force 3-5N), knobs, and status indicator lights, supporting local control;

3. Electrical Connection: Reliable connection is achieved through copper terminals (current carrying capacity 10-630A) and flame-retardant wires;

4. Power Distribution Components: Relays (response time <20ms) and transformers (efficiency ≥95%) enhance system functionality. Its technical features include short-circuit protection (action time 0.1-2s), overload protection (accuracy ±5%), and wide temperature range (-25℃~+60℃), and it is widely used in smart homes (lighting control), commercial buildings (air conditioning systems), and industrial automation (motor protection).
