When replacing contacts, ensure that the correct model and specifications are selected and installed according to the correct method. In addition, clean the contacts regularly to remove oxide layers and dirt from the contact surface to maintain good contact.
Electromagnetic System Maintenance
The electromagnetic system includes components such as the coil, iron core, and armature. Regularly check their operating condition. Check the coil for overheating or burning; replace the coil immediately if any is found. Use professional testing instruments such as voltmeters, ammeters, and oscilloscopes. If the contactor's performance is found to be unsatisfactory, it should be adjusted or replaced promptly.
