The manufacturing process of AC contactors involves several key stages. First, raw material preparation is crucial, primarily using copper, iron, and plastic. Copper is used for conductive components, iron for the core, and plastic for insulating components such as the casing. Next comes design and planning, where the structure and dimensions of the AC contactor are designed based on different usage requirements and performance specifications. In terms of the production process, the first step is component manufacturing. Copper is processed into conductive components such as contacts using stamping, and steel is cut and forged to create the core. Plastic components are injection molded. Then comes the assembly stage: the core is first installed on the frame, followed by the electromagnetic coil, and then the contact system is connected and secured to the electromagnetic system. Finally, the casing is installed to complete the overall assembly. Quality and inspection are paramount during production. Each component undergoes dimensional accuracy and physical performance testing. After assembly, electrical performance tests are performed, such as withstand voltage testing, insulation resistance testing, and pull-in and release time testing, to ensure the AC contactor meets relevant standards and usage requirements.
