Removing the Housing
1. Unscrew the fastening screws: Use a Phillips screwdriver to unscrew the fastening screws and separate the contactor from the housing.

2. Remove the clamping screws: To better understand the internal structure of the contactor, the upper and lower base plates need to be separated. Unscrew the clamping screws and remove the base plates.

3. Swing the Housing: Swing the contactor housing to free it from the constraints of internal components, then remove it.

Disassembling Components
1. Remove the contacts: The contacts are a key component of the current contactor and need to be disassembled for cleaning or replacement. The upper part of the contacts is mounted on the contactor body. Open the contact nut and remove the contacts.

2. Remove the electromagnet: The electromagnet is located in the center of the contactor body and contains components such as a pitch dial and a manual operating lever. Remove the screws on the electromagnet and remove it.

3. Swing the spring: Defects frequently occur on the spring, requiring disassembly for inspection and repair. 4. Swing the spring to disengage the hook connecting it and remove the spring.

5. Check the contact wires: Disconnect the wires and check if the terminals are rusted. Confirm that the cutting was performed correctly.

Inspection and Cleaning

1. Electromagnet Cleaning: Use a specialized cleaning agent to remove dust and dirt from the electromagnet. Remove the insulating ring and use tools to remove the electromagnet end cover. Check if the contacts are intact.

2. Spring Cleaning: If the springs are broken or corroded, they need to be thoroughly cleaned. Clean the springs with alcohol or detergent and check if the spring support beam is intact.

3. Contact Cleaning: The coil area of the contacts, wear, and deformation all need to be cleaned and inspected. First, use a copper wire to scrape off the oxides and dirt on the contact surface. Then, squeeze a few drops of detergent into the gaps of the contact teeth and wipe it clean with a paper towel.
