It is used in factory power distribution systems for reactive power compensation, improving the power factor (typically from 0.7 to above 0.95), helping avoid utility penalties and reducing line losses by approximately 10%–20%.
It is commonly applied alongside inductive loads such as variable frequency drives (VFDs), motors, and electric arc furnaces, where it helps suppress voltage fluctuations and reactive power variations, making it the most widely used application scenario.
2. Commercial Buildings
It is applied in intelligent power distribution systems of large buildings such as office complexes, shopping malls, and hotels, enabling automatic reactive power compensation and optimizing power quality.

3. Public Infrastructure and Data Centers
It ensures the high voltage stability requirements of IT equipment. When used in conjunction with Dynamic Voltage Restorers (DVR), voltage fluctuations can be controlled within ±2%.
