Model Meaning
The Reactive Power Compensation Controller is a sophisticated unit engineered to enhance power quality by dynamically managing capacitor banks. Its functional characteristics are centered on precision and reliability. This product calculates the switching capacitor capacity based on reactive power, resulting in high compensation accuracy. It achieves high-precision power factor measurement with a broad display range for excellent visibility. An automatic phase identification function ensures voltage and current signals are automatically maintained at the same phase reference. Users benefit from two configurable work modes: Fully Automatic and Manual Setting. The human-machine interface is designed to be friendly and straightforward for easy operation. All relevant control parameters are fully digital and adjustable, providing an intuitive and user-friendly setup experience. The product operates in two distinct ways: Automatic Run and Manual Run. It incorporates vital safety features including over-voltage and under-voltage protection. A built-in power-down protection function safeguards all settings and data from loss. Additionally, it features an extremely low current signal input impedance of ≤0.01Ω. Exploring its Work Modes reveals the flexibility of this product. The Fully Automatic mode is the factory default, where all parameters are optimally pre-set. In this mode, the controller requires only correct wiring to function, with no further operation needed-ideal for plug-and-play installation. The Manual Setting mode provides meticulous control over capacitor group switching, designed to prevent switching oscillations.
This makes the Reactive Power Compensation Controller particularly suitable for all operational environments, especially challenging scenarios with light loads and large capacitor capacities. For optimal performance, install this product observing these normal working conditions:
- 1) Installation altitude not exceeding 2500 meters;
- 2) Operating environment temperature from -25℃ to +50℃;
- 3) Air humidity not more than 50% at 40℃ and not more than 90% at 20℃;
- 4) The surrounding atmosphere must be free of corrosive gases, conductive dust, and any flammable or explosive substances;
- 5) The mounting location should be free from severe vibration or shaking.
This combination of intelligent features and robust design makes the Reactive Power Compensation Controller a cornerstone for efficient energy management.

Wiring Method (See Wiring Diagram)

1. The controller's operating voltage and current can be connected to phase BC voltage and phase A current; phase AB voltage and phase C current; phase AC voltage and phase B current.
2. The sampling currents la and ln must be taken from the total load (main cabinet) current line, and must not be taken from the capacitor bank.
3. The voltage at the controller's output terminals 1-12 is the same as that at terminal V(Us).
