A product, or Power Factor Controller, is an essential device for automated power factor correction in electrical systems. The defining functional features of this advanced PF Controller begin with its calculation method: it determines the necessary capacitor switching capacity based on measured reactive power, which leads to superior compensation accuracy. The product provides high-accuracy measurement of the power factor, coupled with a wide display range for clear system status indication. It incorporates an automatic phase recognition function that intelligently aligns voltage and current signals to the same phase. For operational flexibility, this product offers two distinct work modes: a hands-off Fully Automatic mode and a customizable Manual Setting mode. Its user interface is designed to be friendly and simple to navigate. All control parameters can be adjusted via digital settings, making the configuration process both intuitive and convenient. The product supports two primary working methods: Automatic operation and Manual operation for testing or override purposes. Integrated protection includes both over-voltage and under-voltage shutdown functions. Critical settings are preserved through a power-fail protection feature that prevents data loss. Furthermore, it is designed with a very low current signal input impedance (≤0.01Ω) to minimize its impact on the measurement circuit. The Work Modes of this PF Controller cater to different user needs. In the Fully Automatic mode, which is the default factory setting, the product arrives with all parameters pre-configured in the most rational manner. Users simply need to complete the wiring for the unit to begin optimal operation without any additional steps.

The Manual Setting mode unlocks precise, user-defined control over the capacitor bank switching sequence, effectively eliminating any potential for switching oscillations. This capability makes the PF Controller adaptable to all environments, particularly those with light electrical loads or installations featuring large capacitor banks. To ensure the longevity and accuracy of your product, adhere to these installation and working conditions:

• 1) Mount at an altitude no higher than 2500 meters;
• 2) Operate within an ambient temperature range of -25℃ to +50℃;
• 3) Maintain air humidity levels below 50% at 40℃ and below 90% at 20℃;
• 4) Install in an environment free from corrosive gases, conductive dust, and flammable or explosive materials;
• 5) Choose a mounting location that is not subject to severe vibration or mechanical shock.

1. The controller's operating voltage and current can be connected to phase BC voltage and phase A current; phase AB voltage and phase C current; phase AC voltage and phase B current.

2. The sampling currents l_a and l_n must be taken from the total load (main cabinet) current line, and must not be taken from the capacitor bank.

3. The voltage at the controller's output terminals 1-12 is the same as that at terminal V(Us).
