Model Meaning
While often comprising multiple components, at its intelligent core is a controller that defines the Reactive Power Compensation System's capabilities. The key functional features of this control unit are critical for system performance. The brain of the product calculates the required switching capacity based on real-time reactive power, ensuring high precision in compensation. It delivers high-accuracy power factor measurement across a wide display range. An automatic phase identification function is integral, ensuring voltage and current signals are automatically synchronized. This core of the Reactive Power Compensation System offers two operational modes: a comprehensive Fully Automatic mode and a customizable Manual Setting mode. The user interface is designed to be friendly and easy to navigate. All system control parameters are digitally adjustable, providing an intuitive and convenient management experience. The product can be run in two primary ways: fully Automatic or manually via Manual Run. It includes vital protection against over-voltage and under-voltage conditions. A power-down protection feature preserves all system settings and data. Furthermore, the sensing input of the product has a very low impedance of ≤0.01Ω for accurate current measurement. The Work Modes available in this product controller provide flexibility. The Fully Automatic mode is the pre-installed default. In this mode, the system controller is shipped with all parameters optimally preset, allowing the entire Reactive Power Compensation System to become operational immediately after correct wiring, with no further configuration required.
The Manual Setting mode allows for precise, step-by-step control of each capacitor group within the product, effectively eliminating switching oscillations. This makes the system ideal for all installation environments, particularly challenging ones with light loads and large capacitor banks. To ensure the reliability of your entire product, the control unit should be installed under these conditions:
- 1) At an altitude not exceeding 2500 meters;
- 2) Within an ambient temperature range of -25℃ to +50℃;
- 3) Where air humidity is ≤50% at 40℃ and ≤90% at 20℃;
- 4) In an environment free from corrosive gases, conductive dust, and flammable/explosive materials;
- 5) At a location devoid of severe vibration or shock.

Wiring Method (See Wiring Diagram)

1. The controller's operating voltage and current can be connected to phase BC voltage and phase A current; phase AB voltage and phase C current; phase AC voltage and phase B current.
2. The sampling currents la and ln must be taken from the total load (main cabinet) current line, and must not be taken from the capacitor bank.
3. The voltage at the controller's output terminals 1-12 is the same as that at terminal V(Us).
